OK we are not in the Joseph Rowntree or Bill Gates
bracket but we like to think we put something back.
For the past six years we have conducted the Market
Research Society's 'Basic Moderating Skills' course
also owing to the success of the course we now
teach an Intermediate Moderating Skills course.
If we might be allowed to blow our own trumpet,
in the delegates' assessments of our course we
have consistently scored over 95%!!

Paul Smith presents and tutors on several other
MRS courses including 'Client-side Research',
'The Summer School', 'Financial Research' and
'Essentials of Qualitative Research'. |
Spurred on by the success of these
courses we have on a number of occasions organized
bespoke events for our clients. Some particularly
masochistic clients have asked us to let them loose
on 'real' consumers to moderate groups or depths.
This has proved to be great fun - for us at least!
