Croft
Phil kicked
off his career in youth research when he was younger,
had hair and Bolton were in Division 2. He joined
CSR in 1995 and like Bolton he has not looked back.
As
time passed, he grew older and wiser and gravitated
towards working on 'grown-up' research. As a Director
he heads up various accounts ranging from food
to financial services. In respect of this latter
category he has become something of an authority.
On
top of all that he has responsibility for sales
and marketing (so if you don't get a lunch invite
at Christmas complain to him). Strangely enough,
having now got kids himself, researching pensions,
investments and sugar & salt reduced food has
a newly acquired resonance.
