Lucie Saint

Lucie joined CSR in 1996 as our first graduate trainee. This was no mean achievement as we subjected her to several rounds of interviewing, a number of psychological tests and the ignominy of being interrogated by a senior person with a bean - bag on their head.

In addition to her role as a Director, she has responsibility for human resources at CSR and we are relieved to report that under her direction our interviewing processes have been 'fine tuned' since her ordeal.

As well as being a major contributor to CSR's success over the last 14 years, thanks to an understanding boss she managed to fit in a 4-month sabbatical to East Africa swapping a flat in Crouch End for a mud hut in Tanzania.

Travel is her passion and Lucie, her husband and three children are the proud owners of a 1972 VW Camper Van.
