Industry accredited, CSR are acknowledged research experts. Since 2000 we have successfully convened a variety of training courses for the MRS ranging from 'improving moderating skills' to providing guidance on 'the use of projective techniques and stimulus material'
Courses are oversubscribed and we regularly achieve 95% or more in delegate evaluation reports
More recently we have developed bespoke packages for a number of our clients. Some have been designed to help those who want to put a toe in the water of qualitative research, others have been put together to help clients get more out of their customer closeness programmes
